What exactly do I receive?

You’ll receive a beautifully designed, personalised PDF letter from Santa, delivered straight to your inbox. It’s ready to print, frame, or forward digitally. No physical post is sent.


Can I order for adults as well as children?

Absolutely. There are warm, thoughtful letters for adults and playful, magical or cheeky letters for children. Santa writes to everyone!


How long does it take to receive the digital letter?

Delivery guaranteed by 12pm Christmas day for orders placed before 8am Christmas day. (Orders placed after 12pm but before 8pm Christmas day will be sent out by 11pm Christmas day. Otherwise, all further orders will be sent out within 24hrs).

Please check your spam/junk folder and then reply to your order confirmation if you’ve not received your order - I’ll resend it as soon as possible.


Do you send physical letters?

All letters are delivered as PDFs so you can print them instantly or forward them digitally. Nothing is sent in the post.


How personalised are the letters?

Very. You can share names, achievements, funny moments, favourite things - anything kind and positive you’d like Santa to mention. Each letter is drafted individually, so it feels genuinely magical.

Remember, Santa keeps things warm, kind, and family‑friendly - rude or offensive requests won’t be included.


Can I request anything I want in the personalisation?

Requests that include rude, offensive, or inappropriate content won’t be included - the magic only works when everyone stays on the Nice (or Cheeky!) List.


Can I add a gift card?

Yes - you can add an optional £10, £25 or £50 gift card at checkout for an extra bit of festive magic.


What if I want a refund?

Because each letter is individually written and personalised, refunds aren’t available.

However, if there’s an issue with your letter - a typo, missing detail, or anything that doesn’t feel quite right - just reply to your letter email or the confirmation email. I’ll fix it quickly and resend it.


What if I want a change or a correction to the personalistion?

If you need to update your personalisation details, reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible. If writing hasn’t begun, I’ll update it for you.


Will you tell the recipient who ordered their letter?

No. Unless you include your name in the personalisation, the letter will appear to come directly from Santa. If the recipient asks who ordered it, we won’t share any personal information — this keeps your privacy (and the surprise) safe.
