These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through A Little Letter From, a trading name of 27 Projects. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. About the Service

A Little Letter From provides personalised digital letters delivered as PDF files via email. No physical items are sent. All letters are drafted and personalised individually based on the details you provide when placing your order.

2. Ordering

When placing an order with A Little Letter From, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and suitable for inclusion in a personalised letter.

  • You will not submit content that is offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

  • A Little Letter From reserves the right to edit, soften, or omit any content that is unsuitable or inconsistent with the tone of the service.

If essential information is missing, we may contact you for clarification, which may affect delivery time.

3. Personalisation

All letters are individually written. Personalisation is based solely on the details you provide. We may adjust wording to maintain a warm, family‑friendly tone. Requests containing rude, explicit, or offensive content will not be included.

4. Delivery

All letters are delivered digitally as PDF files to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery guaranteed by 12pm Christmas day for orders placed before 8am Christmas day

  • Orders placed after 12pm but before 8pm Christmas day will be sent out by 11pm Christmas day

  • Otherwise, all further orders will be sent out within 24hrs

A Little Letter From is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or missing personalisation details.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. 27 Projects reserves the right to update prices at any time.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because each letter is custom‑written, refunds are not available once and order has been placed. If there is an error in your letter (e.g., typo, missing detail), please contact us as soon as possible and we will correct it and resend it at no extra cost.

7. Corrections & Amendments

If you need to update your personalisation details, contact us as soon as possible. If writing has not yet begun, we will update your order. If writing has already started, changes may not be possible.

8. Use of the Letters

Digital letters are for personal, non‑commercial use only. You may print or forward your letter for personal gifting. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the content for commercial purposes.

9. Liability

A Little Letter From (operated by 27 Projects) is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete personalisation details

  • Emails blocked by spam filters

  • Customer printing issues

  • Misuse of the digital file after delivery

Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

10. Privacy

Personal information is used solely to create and deliver your letter. For full details on how your data is handled, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

11. Contact

If you have any questions or need help with your order, reply to your confirmation email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

12. Anonymity & Sender Information

A Little Letter From (27 Projects) does not disclose the identity or contact details of the purchaser to the recipient. If the sender wishes to be identified, they must include their name within the personalisation.
If a recipient contacts us asking who ordered their letter, we will not share any personal information and will only confirm that the letter was purchased as a gift.
